About the Role:
Cross County Medical Care is seeking an International Medical Graduate (IMG) for a Chart Review position based in Bellerose, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for a medically trained professional to contribute their clinical knowledge in a detail-oriented, documentation-focused role. Responsibilities:
  • Review and audit patient medical charts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Identify discrepancies, missing documentation, and coding inconsistencies in medical records
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure proper documentation standards
  • Apply clinical knowledge to support accurate medical coding and billing processes
