Account Manager

Founded in 1977, CPIA is a Texas-based insurance services organization specializing in insurance tracking, lender placed insurance and portfolio protection solutions for financial institutions nationwide. Their deep experience and strong service culture make them a natural fit as we continue to build a diversified, specialty-focused organization.

This February 2026 acquisition expands Novacore's capabilities within the financial institution and lending space and strengthens our ability to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support complex portfolios across the country.

The Account Manager will primarily focus on handling the day-to-day servicing of accounts as well as account retention/renewals and account development, with a strong focus on customer service. **This role is a hybrid opportunity from the Plano, TX Office**

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and placement of renewal business.
  • Perform risk analysis & preparation of applications for renewal business.
  • Review and prepare quotes for coverages, exclusions and subjectivities and present to client.
  • Maintain accounts by evaluating risk and providing coverage analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Responsible for daily service and processing in accordance with company quality control standard and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain carrier/underwriter relationships.
  • Maintain current market and product knowledge.
  • Manage a small book of business.
  • Assist with Account Receivables as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous Account Management experience
  • Minimum 2-4 years Property and Casualty experience
  • P&C license
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Excellent product knowledge and expertise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong invoice and billing experience
