The Territory Manager, Automotive Programs is responsible for driving enrollment and engagement in SiriusXM programs with independent automotive dealerships and repair shops across assigned markets. This is a remote position focused primarily on phone-based sales with an emphasis on achieving defined enrollment and production goals, with minimal in-person visits on an as-needed basis.
The role involves managing a pipeline of potential partners, handling outreach and follow-ups, and supporting program adoption through effective communication and customer service, while meeting performance goals. We are seeking a motivated, goal-oriented professional with strong sales acumen, a passion for the automotive industry, and the ability to close business efficiently over the phone.
Minimum Pay
USD $50,000.00/Yr.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities through outbound phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings with independent dealerships and repair shops.
  • Execute all phases of the sales cycle - prospecting, presenting, and closing - to drive enrollment and activation in SiriusXM automotive programs.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and communicate program value effectively.
  • Manage assigned territory remotely by prioritizing leads, tracking outreach, and maintaining organized contact records in CRM systems.
  • Provide program information, promotional details, and enrollment assistance to prospects and existing partners.
  • Collaborate with the internal SiriusXM sales and operations teams to ensure accurate enrollment and follow-up.
  • Maintain consistent communication with management regarding pipeline activity, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conduct occasional in-person visits only when necessary to support key accounts, training needs, or special initiatives (expected to be minimal).

What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of sales or business development experience (inside sales or phone-based sales preferred).
