About the job

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing Alfa Laval's channel strategy for capital and service sales across multiple customer segments and territories. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with service division leaders, sales, marketing, and global stakeholders while helping to strengthen, enable, and grow our channel partner network through datadriven insights, structured processes, and strong followup.

Currently, this is a hybrid opportunity, preferably based in Richmond, VA, with additional location options in Houston, TX; Greenwood, IN; or Kenosha, WI.

As a part of the team, you will:

Support implementation of short and longterm channel strategies, including maintaining channel plans, roadmaps, and agreements

Coordinate communication, onboarding, and ongoing engagement with channel partners to strengthen relationships and performance

Collect, analyze, and maintain channel performance data, supporting reports, dashboards, reviews, and incentive administration

Assist with channel improvement initiatives such as training, digital tools, product updates, and partner enablement programs

Support internal sales teams with datadriven insights, followups, and service channel action plans

What you know:

You have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, combined with relevant experience, and:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales support, channel coordination, customer service, or commercial operations (5+ years in sales and/or channel management is preferred)

Experience working with data, reporting tools, CRM systems, and structured sales or channel processes

Strong organizational, analytical, and followup skills with high attention to detail

Clear and professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally

A proactive, curious, and improvementoriented mindset with commercial awareness of channel dynamics
