  • Design, implement, and manage returned goods policy and processes.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning for all distribution and channel activities, ensuring costโ€‘effective, dynamic execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes and pursue innovative ways to improve treatment and meet patient access needs.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree in a related discipline and at least 10โ€“15 years of related experience.
  • Experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry with specialty pharmacy and distribution, channel dynamics, 3PL management, and trade operations.
  • Experience with rare disease and oral drugs is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success with U.S. commercialization and launches.
  • Experience negotiating and executing agreements with trade and distribution partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address diverse stakeholders including external partners, healthcare professionals, and senior leaders.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problemโ€‘solving skills.

The comprehensive benefits package includes medical/dental/vision coverage (fully companyโ€‘paid for employees and 90% for dependents), 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and wellness programs.
