Job description

Who We Are

Designed with simplicity in mind, Verkada's six product lines โ€” video security cameras, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace, and intercoms โ€” provide unparalleled building security through an integrated, cloud-based software platform. Over 33,500 organizations, including 96 companies in the Fortune 500, across 93 countries worldwide trust Verkada as their physical security layer for easier management, intelligent control, and scalable deployments. Founded in 2016 with more than $700M in funding raised to-date, Verkada has expanded rapidly with 15 offices and 2,200+ full-time employees.

About the Role

Weโ€™re looking for a dynamic, strategic marketer to lead the charge across our Channel Technical Programsโ€”including Technical Training & Certification, the Premier Services Network, Partner Community, Demo Program, and more. In this high-impact role, youโ€™ll be responsible for driving growth and engagement for the technical programs that empower our most strategic partners across global markets.

As a key player on our team, youโ€™ll define go-to-market strategies, set growth targets, and operationalize marketing efforts to scale. With a focus on demand generation and launching new initiatives, youโ€™ll help accelerate one of the fastest-growing areas of our business.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isnโ€™t afraid to roll up their sleeves. If youโ€™re technically savvy, passionate about partner and customer success, and excited by the opportunity to shape high-impact programs from the ground upโ€”weโ€™d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as the marketing lead for Channel Technical Programsโ€”owning the strategy, budget, and roadmap to drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on how marketing can accelerate program adoption and partner success.
  • Brand & Positioning: Build and amplify the brand identity of Verkadaโ€™s partner technical programs, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all partner-facing touchpoints and digital channels.
  • Demand Generation: Design and execute data-driven demand generation strategiesโ€”including ABM campaigns for priority partnersโ€”to increase participation and certification rates across regions.
  • Integrated Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign development, execution, and optimization across multiple platforms (email, social, paid media, events). Continuously test and iterate to improve ROI and partner engagement.
  • Insights & Reporting: Track, analyze, and communicate marketing performance metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions and future campaigns.
What You'll Bring

Weโ€™re seeking candidates who bring a combination of strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience in building scalable systems for outbound marketing campaigns. Ideal backgrounds include: Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, ABM, Enterprise Marketing, Revenue Marketing. Experience in content creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth, with a focus on innovative and scalable marketing strategies. You could also be the first marketers at small startups with experience building from 0 to 1.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channelsโ€”digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication).
  • Strong quantitative background, with experience using data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, digital marketing automation, and CRM tools preferred.
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week.
