  • Actively support customer pilots, implementations, and key account initiatives, providing leadership and strategic guidance to maximize customer value realization.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies affecting transportation and logistics markets.

  • Represent BlackBerry RADAR at industry conferences, trade associations, customer events, and executive forums, enhancing brand awareness and thought leadership.

  • Leverage data-driven insights and territory analytics to inform account strategies, forecast revenue, and consistently achieve or exceed sales objectives.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Significant experience in enterprise B2B sales with a demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota and driving new business growth in complex solution-selling environments.

  • Strong industry knowledge and established relationships within transportation, logistics, intermodal, supply chain, fleet management, freight forwarding, or related markets.

  • Proven success developing executive-level customer relationships and influencing business decisions across multiple organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical requirements, and long-term strategic value creation.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate compelling value propositions and quantify business impact for customers.

  • Experience presenting and communicating technical and business concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.

  • Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and account management skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
