Partner Director

Conexiom

Kitchener, ON • On-site

Full-time

Posted 24 days ago

Job description

Conexiom is the leader in sales order automation, purpose-built for manufacturers and distributors. Our Intelligent Order Automation platform — powered by CoreAI, trained on over one billion line items a year — eliminates manual data entry by transforming complex trading documents (POs, invoices, order acknowledgements) into accurate ERP transactions at speed and scale. Trusted by global enterprises and mid-market leaders across industrial, HVAC, electrical, and specialty distribution, Conexiom integrates natively with the world's leading ERP systems including SAP, Epicor, Oracle, Microsoft, and Infor and runs on a Microsoft Azure foundation with SOC 2 Type II certification.

With 20+ years of innovation and a growing partner ecosystem spanning ERP resellers, technology alliances, and systems integrators, Conexiom is accelerating its channel-led growth motion — freeing enterprise sales teams from data entry so they can focus on what actually moves the needle: revenue. If you want to work on technology that creates immediate, measurable impact for the people using it every day, you're in the right place.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, commercially sharp Partner Director to own a portfolio of strategic partnerships end-to-end from prospecting and deal structuring to activation, co-selling, and revenue execution. Expect high-touch, quality-over-quantity partnerships where you'll serve as the primary relationship owner for roughly 10-20 partners.  The focus is working with ecosystem partners but can also include developing technology and services partners in the quote to cash, supply chain, and B2B ecommerce space.

This is a senior, revenue-enabling, individual contributor role, reporting to the SVP, Partnerships.  The role is for someone who operates at the intersection of sales, product, and GTM strategy and brings a builder's mentality to partnerships.  Quota is tied to partner-sourced ARR. Expect a 60/40 to 70/30 ratio between base and variable pay. Variable pay is targeted, reconciled, and paid quarterly.

What You’ll Do

Partner Development & Pipeline

  • Own and grow a defined book of strategic partnerships across ERP ecosystems, services and technology partners aligned to Conexiom’s ICP (manufacturers and distributors)
  • Partner recruitment aligned with Conexiom’s GTM priorities with particular focus on the SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, and Epicor ecosystems
  • Negotiate and structure agreements (resell, referral, and OEM) in collaboration with legal and finance
  • Build joint business plans with partners, including ARR pipeline targets, KPIs, and co-marketing commitments

Co-Selling & Revenue Execution

  • Own a revenue quota driving sourced ARR through partner-led motions
  • Generate leads, qualify partner-sourced opportunities, and work with Conexiom AEs to convert them into closed revenue
  • Coordinate with AEs and partner reps on joint deals, helping accelerate cycles and remove blockers
  • Lead partner QBRs and executive business reviews to track progress against joint ARR goals
  • Account mapping to identify overlap, and prioritize co-sell targets

Partner Enablement & Activation

  • Ensure partners are enabled on Conexiom’s platform, positioning, integrations, and competitive differentiation
  • Develop and maintain partner-facing sales collateral, battlecards, and training materials in collaboration with product marketing
  • Onboard partners and provide ongoing enablement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the voice of your partners internally surfacing product feedback, integration gaps, ERP ecosystem opportunities, and competitive signals
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute joint demand-generation activities (webinars, events, campaigns) targeting manufacturers and distributors
  • Work with product and integrations teams to support technical partnership development where relevant, particularly around ERP connectors and API-level integrations
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development at a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and growing strategic partnerships that generate ARR
  • Familiarity in ERP partner networks preferred; experience in CRM, eCommerce, or EDI ecosystems are relevant and a bonus
  • Experience structuring and negotiating partnership agreements
  • Strong co-selling instincts working alongside both internal AEs and partner sales teams to move deals forward
  • Ability to build executive-level relationships and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to represent Conexiom credibly at industry events, partner summits, and other forums
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate outreach, partner research, enablement content creation, and day-to-day workflow efficiency
  • Experience in distribution and manufacturing with quote to cash processes is beneficial
  • Based in the US or Canada preferably in the East or Central time zone to provide coverage across both North America and Europe; Open to fully remote; Conexiom has offices in Vancouver and Kitchener, Ontario which is a bonus if nearby
Why Conexiom

Impactful Work

You won't be maintaining the status quo here. Conexiom is actively changing how manufacturers and distributors operate at scale — eliminating the manual, error-prone processes that slow businesses down and cost real money. The work you do has a direct line to outcomes customers can measure, and teams you'll never meet will work better because of it.

Real Growth, Not Just a Title

We're on a rapid growth trajectory, which means the opportunities you create here are yours to own. High performers don't wait for a seat at the table — they build one. If you're someone who runs toward complexity and wants your contributions to shape the direction of a scaling company, you'll find room to grow.

A Culture That Actually Includes You

Inclusive culture isn't a talking point for us — it's something we actively build. That means hiring for diverse perspectives, creating space for candid conversations, and holding ourselves accountable to an environment where different backgrounds and ways of thinking make the work better. We're not perfect, but we're committed.

Conexiom is an equal opportunity employer. We believe the best teams are built from diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences — and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can do their best work.

If you don't meet every qualification listed, apply anyway. We hire for skills, experiences, and accomplishments — not where you've been, but what you've done. If you require accommodations at any point during the recruitment process, please reach out to our People team at hrrequests@conexiom.com. We're happy to help.
