Job description

Role Overview

The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for client management, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and revenue generation through upselling or scope management of the Statement of Work. 
The Strategic Partnership Manager is responsible for managing existing revenue and driving growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. This role builds and manages the client relationships, upsell sales cycle and collaborates with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions. The position supports strategic planning, portfolio management and reporting to meet organizational goals. 
Key Responsibilities 

Develop medium- to long-range client strategy plans to protect, grow, and diversify relationships within the client portfolio 
Identify and manage interactions with senior client contacts to support client satisfaction, service delivery, and sales opportunities 
Resolve problems and ensure customers receive high-quality customer service and meet service level agreements (SLAs) 
Develop client retention and growth plans to drive profitable business within the portfolio 
Prospect and generate leads by identifying and pursuing new potential clients 
Manage the full sales cycle, including presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals 
Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding objectives and fostering long-term partnerships 
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution 
Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities, and market trends 
Develop sales strategies, track KPIs, and maintain CRM records for accurate forecasting 
Sell directly to end customers or indirectly through channel partners
