Job description

Who We Are
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn't to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business's system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life's work.
About Us:
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work feels faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, humanity, and building things that last - not just shipping the next feature, but setting a standard for how modern teams (with humans and agents working together) think and execute.
About The Role:
Notion is building the connected workspace that teams everywhere use to think, plan, and ship - and our partner ecosystem is central to how we grow in the North American market. As Sales Partner Manager for NAMER, you'll own our partner relationships across the region, working closely with our SF and NYC sales team to drive revenue through value-added resellers and channel partners.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Notion's NAMER channel partner motion - standing up programs, forging relationships, and converting partner activity into measurable pipeline. You'll operate across multiple partners simultaneously and serve as the connective tissue between our ecosystem and our sales team.
The ideal candidate brings a hunter's instinct to partnerships: proactive, commercially sharp, and energized by the challenge of building something meaningful in a market with real momentum. You'll manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding, to enablement and long-term growth - while also shaping the future of our channel programs. You'll also work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and GTM leadership - and you'll be a visible face of Notion in the North American partner community.
What You'll Achieve:
  • Own and scale our Sales (Channel) Partner ecosystem in North America - lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing partner management to support demand gen and resell motions.
  • Grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue - develop go-to-market strategies that drive measurable impact and deepen customer engagement through partners. Track and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline; present program performance to internal stakeholders and NAMER regional leadership.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market programs and demand generation activities with resellers and VARs
  • Align partner activity directly to the North America sales team's pipeline - facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving resell and co-sell opportunities to close
  • Optimize operational foundations - streamline systems, processes, and resources to ensure our partner program is efficient, scalable, and delivers mutual value. Coordinate joint initiatives that bring together our Sales/Channel Partners and Strategic Partners.
  • Identify and qualify inbound partnership opportunities, and proactively surface new partner relationships that can expand Notion's reach
  • Collaborate with Notion's global and regional partner teams to adapt programs to the local market and share learnings across regions
  • Serve as the voice of the partner internally, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Legal to ensure partner needs and opportunities are surfaced and addressed.
  • Shape the future of channel at Notion - help define the team's charter, how we partner cross-functionally, and how we scale over time.
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in channel or partner management, with a track record of growing and optimizing high-performing partner programs.
  • Proven ability to define and execute GTM strategies that drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Strong demand gen and hunter mentality.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - you've successfully worked with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Success teams to launch and scale partner initiatives. You understand what Sales reps need, and you make their lives easier
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. You can influence at all levels, align stakeholders, and deliver results on deadline.
  • A builder's mindset - you're excited to operate in a high-growth environment and help design what great looks like. You're comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast without a complete playbook.
  • Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills; you're as comfortable presenting to a partner CRO as you are coordinating logistics with a partner marketing manager
  • Based in SF or NYC; willingness to travel across North America
  • Strong organizational and operational discipline - you manage multiple active partner relationships without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively
  • You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $260,000 - $300,000 per year.
#LI-Onsite
A Note on AI
You don't need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement - when that's the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don't treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
