Job Summary

The Director of Distribution & Channel Development is responsible for developing, owning, and executing TIME Manufacturing's distribution and channel strategy across North America while supporting the growth of the Export and Latin America distribution channels. This role has overall accountability for the performance, expansion, and optimization of the company's dealer and distributor network, ensuring strong market coverage, profitable growth, and alignment with the commercial strategy across all TIME Manufacturing brands. The Director will establish long-term channel strategies, recruit and develop high-performing distribution partners, and drive accountability through business planning, performance management, and strategic partnerships.
