Role Overview 

As a SDR (Sales Development Representative) in pipeline generation program, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads across target accounts in existing customer base. This role is 100% outbound and will be working to qualify opportunities and schedule handoff meetings to transfer the client relationship over to an Ascensus seller for demos and next steps. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, and email. 
  • Build and enrich data from Ascensus target account (existing customer) lists using approved tools. 
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and disposition leads recording the outcomes of outreach. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to refine messaging. 
  • Participate in weekly KPI reviews and performance coaching sessions. 
  • Participate in daily huddles and track performance towards progress metrics. 

Performance Metrics 

  • Daily dials and emails 
  • Monthly qualified meetings booked 
  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion rates

Qualifications

  • 6 -12 Months experience in B2B Outbound Calling environments 
  • Fluent in English and strong written English communication skills 
  • Familiarity with Financial Services markets and industry best practices strongly preferred

  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
