Sales Development Representative - Income between $65K-$100K Annually Based On Performances

Job Summary:

Dazzee is looking to add to our growing and fast paced team! The Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting potential new clients and working with sales leadership to close IT services contracts. This includes actively calling prospects over the phone, multi-channel outbound prospecting, working with the marketing department on marketing initiatives, maintaining the sales CRM and prospecting database, and being a part of the entire sales process. Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel and identifying client needs/issues/and providing solutions to grow the business is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with prospects through different prospecting methods/lead generation.
  • Direct Mail Campaigns
  • Outbound calling and appointment setting
  • In-Person & Webinar based events
  • Aggressively identify qualified opportunities from non-qualified.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key prospective client personnel.
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential.
  • Prospect for potential new clients within target market

How Success Is Measured:

Dazzee is a metric driven organization. To track our success we use a series of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to track the effectiveness of the team or individual. These KPI's should be understood and will be reported on regularly.
