Title: Complaint Investigation Specialist
Location: Des Plaines, Illinois
Duration: 6 Months
100% Onsite
Qualifications
  • The candidate should have experience in writing and conducting complaint investigations, hands-on laboratory testing experience, and a strong understanding of root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
  • Familiarity with quality systems and investigation documentation.
  • Experience with Alinity m systems and real-time PCR platforms is preferred.
