Role:

As an Organizational Development & Change Management Consultant, you will help clients transform how their organizations lead, collaborate, and execute. You will design future-state operating models, drive behavioral and cultural change, and support large-scale transformations across manufacturing and industrial environments. You will work side-by-side with EFESO experts in Operations, Lean/OpEx, Digital, and Supply Chain to ensure that people, processes, and performance evolve together.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations and organizational effectiveness.


Responsibilities:

Organizational Development & Operating Model Design

  • Conduct organizational diagnostics to identify capability gaps, leadership alignment needs and cultural barriers to operational excellence.
  • Design future-state structures, governance, roles and decision-making models aligned to operational strategy.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment, team effectiveness sessions and capability-building programs that strengthen client ownership.

Change Management for Industrial Transformation

  • Lead change management workstreams for transformations such as Lean/OpEx deployments, digital/Industry 4.0 programs, ERP implementations, network redesign, and workforce modernization.
  • Develop change strategies, stakeholder maps, communication plans, and adoption roadmaps tailored to multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations across plants, shifts, and functional groups.
  • Build and deliver training, coaching, and frontline engagement programs to embed new ways of working.
  • Track adoption KPIs and adjust interventions to ensure sustained behavioral change.

Manufacturing & Operations Integration

  • Translate operational realities (production flow, labor models, maintenance, quality, safety, logistics) into practical OD and change solutions.
  • Partner with plant managers, supervisors, and frontline teams to ensure changes are feasible, accepted, and sustained.
  • Support workforce transformation initiatives including skills mapping, competency development and leadership capability building.


Qualifications


Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.


Experience:

  • 5+ years in OD, change management, or transformation consulting, ideally with manufacturing or industrial operations exposure.
  • 5+ years using change frameworks such as: ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges, or Prosci.
  • Experience supporting operational excellence or digital transformation
  • Experience working in plants and production environments; able to engage both leadership and frontline stakeholders.


Technical Competencies:

  • Lean/OpEx, TPM, or Six Sigma exposure.
  • Technical Savvy: You’re comfortable with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI and project management software.
  • Background in workforce planning, skills transformation, or leadership development.


Professional Competencies:

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and designing structure where none exists
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and risk-management skills
  • Clear, structured communicator able to simplify complex concepts
  • Ability to build trust with senior leaders and frontline teams
