Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enterprise-level change management strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring adoption of sales transformation initiatives, CRM platforms, and business process improvements
  • Lead impact assessments and change readiness evaluations to identify risks, opportunities, and dependencies; create mitigation plans and stakeholder strategies
  • Design comprehensive change management plans encompassing communication, training, coaching, change leadership development, and resistance management across all organizational levels
  • Serve as the primary liaison between frontline operations and senior leadership, gathering field feedback, synthesizing insights, and translating business needs into actionable change initiatives
  • Develop and deliver strategic communication campaigns that clearly articulate change rationale, benefits, and implementation timelines to diverse stakeholder groups
  • Lead workshops, training programs, and executive coaching sessions to build change leadership capability among managers and functional leaders
  • Mentor and coach senior leaders and managers through organizational transitions, providing tools, frameworks, and guidance to effectively lead their teams through change
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, Technology, HR) to ensure change management activities are integrated into project timelines and aligned with strategic milestones
  • Monitor change adoption metrics and program effectiveness; identify gaps and implement course corrections to optimize outcomes
  • Identify emerging risks and resistance patterns; develop proactive mitigation strategies and influence stakeholder buy-in at all organizational levels
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging change management methodologies, and technology trends to continuously enhance the organization's change capability
  • Build and maintain a centralized change management resource repository including templates, playbooks, training materials, and lessons learned documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • 7-10 years of demonstrated experience in enterprise change management, with significant focus on sales transformation, organizational restructuring, or technology adoption within banking or financial services
  • Proven experience driving successful adoption of complex business systems and processes across large, geographically distributed teams
  • Deep familiarity with banking industry operations, sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and regulatory considerations
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing change management strategies that result in sustainable adoption of new processes, tools, and organizational structures
  • Advanced proficiency in creating strategic communications and change narratives tailored to executive, management, and frontline audiences
  • Expert-level knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks; experience facilitating organizational transitions in complex, matrix environments
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Teams) and experience with change management software platforms
  • Strong data analytics capabilities; ability to measure, report on, and interpret change adoption metrics and program effectiveness
