Job Description Change Manager Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) 4 days onsite Duration: 12 + Month Continuous contract Max Rate: 78-82/HR Overview The Change Manager leads organizational change efforts associated with cybersecurity transformation initiatives. This role ensures that new tools, processes, and operating models are adopted effectively across a global enterprise, with a strong focus on SAFe program alignment and user enablement. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute change management strategies for cybersecurity programs impacting global teams Align change activities with SAFe Program Increments and release cycles Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations Design and deliver communication plans targeted to technical, operational, and executive audiences Lead training and enablement initiatives for new cybersecurity processes, tools, and policies Partner with Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure adoption is embedded within delivery plans Track adoption metrics and continuously refine change strategies based on feedback and outcomes Manage resistance and drive engagement across diverse stakeholder groups (IT, OT, business operations) Establish governance for change management practices within cybersecurity programs Qualifications 5-8+ years experience in change management within enterprise IT or cybersecurity programs Proven experience supporting transformation initiatives in Agile/SAFe environments Strong understanding of organizational change methodologies (Prosci ADKAR or similar) Experience developing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies Ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams Preferred Experience in highly regulated or operationally complex environments Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and risk/compliance frameworks Prosci Certification or equivalent.
