Change Manager
12 Month Contract
Location: Woodlands TX (Hybrid - 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, and Thurs).
Pay Rate Range: $60-$70/hr. on W2
Specialty requirements for the role include:
Someone with Asset Information Management (AIM) and document control experience (Key skill)
chemicals/oil and gas manufacturing change management experience
quick learner, who can develop and help facilitate training
Comfortable with going to some of the manufacturing sites for stakeholder engagement and training as needed
Minimum general requirements include:
5+ years of organizational change management experience providing end-to-end change management support for large scale enterprise initiatives
Experience developing and managing change management deliverables, including, but not limited to:
Change Management Strategies
Comprehensive Change Management Plans
Stakeholder Analysis and Impact Assessments
Training Plans and Materials
Communication Plans and Project related communications
Mitigation Plans
Change Readiness Assessments
