Security Clearance:-

  • Tier 2 or Tier 4 (Moderate/High Risk Public Trust)

Certification Mandatory:-

  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification or equivalent certification

Key Responsibilities:-

  • The Change Manager supports DFC's Change Management process, which follows an Enterprise Review Board (ERB) and Change Control Board (CCB) governance model.
  • This role ensures IT changes are planned, assessed, approved, implemented, and reviewed in a controlled manner to minimize risk to operations.
  • All changes shall be managed, tracked, and documented in ServiceNow.
  • The Contractor shall ensure adherence to approved change windows, risk classifications, and documentation standards.
  • Prepare change documentation including scope, impact analysis, risk assessment, and back-out plans.
  • Support ERB/CCB operations by facilitating review meetings and coordinating approvals.
  • Manage standard, normal, and emergency changes in accordance with DFC policy.
  • Communicate approved changes to impacted stakeholders.
  • Coordinate implementation activities during approved change windows.
  • Verify successful implementation and service stability post-change.
  • Execute back-out plans if adverse impacts occur.
  • •     Provide metrics on change volume, success rates, and emergency changes.
  • 4+ years of experience with Change Management/Change Control Board processes (standard, normal, emergency changes).
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow Change Management module or Hands-on experience designing or operating configuration management processes or CMDB solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of ERB/CCB governance models.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL v4, particularly Configuration Management, Change Enablement, Incident Management, and Continual Improvement, a plus.
