Job description

Job Title: Commercial Data Program Manager Location: Duluth, GA Type: Contract Compensation: $58-63.33/hr Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – onsite 3 days a week

Responsibilities • Orchestrate and drive cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple work streams within or outside the Commercial Excellence organization. • Identify operational issues impacting customers or internal resources, prioritize, and resolve efficiently. • Partner with Data Governance Lead, Data Domain Owners/Product Managers, Customer Master Data Lead, and broader Commercial Excellence team to facilitate project activities. • Lead and coordinate initiatives involving two or more work streams across Commercial Excellence and other business units such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. • Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress through completion. • Ensure initiatives align with organizational priorities in the Commercial Data Working Group and customer-centric strategies. • Analyze workflows and propose improvements to enhance speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness. • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and accountability. • Organize structured meeting cadences with clear purpose, agenda, and outcomes; escalate issues proactively. • Maintain effective meeting discipline, manage action items, and track follow-ups. • Define KPIs for operational initiatives and monitor impact on customer experience and resource utilization.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred. • 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or cross-functional leadership roles. • Strong understanding of customer experience principles and operational excellence frameworks. • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority in a matrixed environment. • Proven track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
