Main Task:Drive changes with the defined Global Change Management System throughout all phases considering the internal and external given timeframe.

Duties & Responsiblities:

  • Support the Program/Plant Manager to achieve quality, timing and business KPI's utilizing an efficient Global Change Management Standard.
  • Guarantee that the work packages of each phase are completed in time and with the required quality.
  • Coordinate periodical internal Change Management review meetings with all functions and customer.
  • Manage the ZF Material Master & Bill of Material (BOM) is up to date.
  • Control and monitor special cases, for example: special builds & prototypes
  • Guarantee data transfer and data quality by performing relationship management with the OEM plant.
  • Start Escalation process if deviations occur.

Competencies & Experiences:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivelant with ideally more than 2 years of professional experience
  • Ability to work in a team - oriented environment, as well as manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
  • High flexiblity and ability to motivate people
  • Proven intercultural and social competence
  • Solid IT skills in MS Office and ideally SAP
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Working proficiency in English
