The City of Portland, Oregon is seeking a Chief Strategy & Change Management Officer to help lead a historic transformation of one of the nation's most innovative local governments. As the City transitions to a new governance model, this executive will partner with the City Administrator, executive leadership, elected officials, and community stakeholders to establish and lead enterprise-wide strategy, performance management, governance, and organizational change initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a proven executive with experience leading strategy and large-scale organizational transformation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. They bring exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to influence senior administrative and political leaders.
