Job description

Position Overview

The Product Management Intern plays a key role in supporting the operational health, performance, and evolution of Tuckernuck's digital product experience. This role focuses on optimizing site functionality, improving the end-to-end customer journey, and ensuring operational excellence across the ecosystem of tools, features, and integrations that support our online experience.
Tuckernuck interns will have the opportunity to learn about all areas of the business including, but not limited to, marketing, digital merchandising, planning, and operations. A successful candidate is proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented, with a strong interest in digital product operations, technology, and customer experience. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities with ease, and communicate clearly across teams to drive continuous improvement.


Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Technology, Logistics, Buying, Planning, Merchandising, and Marketing
    to share insights, communicate changes, and drive operational improvements
  • Assist with vendor relations, A/B testing, POS enhancements, documentation (SOPs, FRS, test plans), international business, user acceptance testing, etc.
  • Develop a comprehensive end-of-internship presentation highlighting key insights, learnings, and recommendations
  • Support day-to-day product operations and administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements and user feedback
  • Shadow product managers and cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Observe and participate in product planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings


Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidates must be enrolled in a full time bachelor's program in an area relevant for the role during the academic term immediately before their internship.
  • Retail or ecommerce experience preferred, but not required


Compensation

The pay for this position will be $18 per hour. This position will beclassified as part-time non-exempt.
