This might mean helping employees to implement a project that overhauls a company-wide operating system or helping them adjust to changes in their responsibilities or the corporate culture, such as new health care benefits or performance review systems. You plan and develop effective strategies for your institution to cope with change and coordinate these strategies throughout your office.
