What You\'ll Do:
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR Leadership, and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop campus recruiting strategies that support early careers growth
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for intern, co-op, entry-level, and experienced professional positions
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building efforts
  • Represent CHA at career fairs, university events, networking opportunities, and other recruiting initiatives
  • Develop strong relationships with colleges, universities, and student organizations to strengthen CHA\'s campus recruitment presence
  • Track recruiting activity and market trends to help inform talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning efforts
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for CHA, promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of campus recruiting experience required
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and career services offer
  • Experience planning and attending career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and on campus activities
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems required; iCIMS experience preferred
  • Experience sourcing candidates through networking, research, and social media platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging presence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with OFCCP compliance preferred
  • Passion for relationship-building, talent attraction, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $80,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
