Job description

PP/PVDF Fusion & Fabrication Technician-Semiconductor 40.00-48.40/hr.
This is Not a metal welding position. WE are seeking experienced PP/PVDF Fusion Technicians for a large semiconductor project. Candidates must have hands-on experience performing Thermoplastic pipe fusion using PP (polypropylene) and/ PVDF, including ,preparing, fitting, aligning, welding/fusing, and fabricating plastic components according to drawings and project specifications.
NO - TIG,MIG, Stick, Structural, or other metal welding experience alone does not meet the requirements for this position.
Responsibilities
  • Perform PP and PVDF plastic and fabrication according to project specifications
  • Prepare, fit, aligning, welding/ fusing, and fabricating plastic components with accuracy and consistency
  • Follow safety procedures and quality standards throughout the fabrication process
  • Inspect completed welds and identify potential issues to ensure quality workmanship
  • Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and work instructions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements
  • Previous experience with PP/PVDF Fusion and fabrication
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings or fabrication plans
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable work history and strong safety mindset

Preferred Experience
  • Semiconductor, industrial manufacturing, cleanroom, or process piping experience
