General Ledger Accounting Specialist


Location: North Scottsdale, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $68,000–$76,000 annually

Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance


We are seeking a detail-oriented General Ledger Accounting Specialist to join our growing team in North Scottsdale. This role is responsible for maintaining general ledger accuracy, performing account reconciliations, supporting month-end close, and assisting with financial reporting and audit activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Support monthly close and financial reporting processes
  • Review employee reimbursements, expenses, and intercompany transactions
  • Prepare account schedules and supporting documentation
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis
  • Administer the company reimbursement platform
  • Develop SOPs and improve accounting processes
  • Coordinate with U.S. and international teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Support internal and external audits


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of accounting or general ledger experience
  • Experience with ERP systems
