Job Title: Commercial Landscape Maintenance Foreman
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $20.00 โ€“ $23.00 / hour (DOE) + Performance & Safety Bonuses
Location: [Phoenix / West Valley, AZ]
Schedule:
Summer Hours (May โ€“ Sept): Early Start (5:00 AM โ€“ 1:30 PM) to avoid peak extreme heat
Standard Hours (Oct โ€“ Apr): 6:00 AM / 6:30 AM start times

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a dedicated field crew.
Job Summary
As a Commercial Maintenance Foreman, you will be the primary field leader responsible for the daily execution of contracted landscape maintenance on commercial portfolios. You will manage a crew of 3 technicians, ensuring pristine curb appeal, property safety, and efficient service delivery while serving as a professional representative of our company on site.
Core Responsibilities
Crew Leadership & Commercial Site Safety: Direct daily tasks, conduct morning tailgate safety meetings, enforce PPE standards, and ensure crew members operate professionally around tenant and pedestrian traffic.
Commercial Property Upkeep: Oversee high-visibility turf maintenance, precision edging, structural pruning of desert trees/shrubs, trash pickup, and weed mitigation across multi-acre properties.
Seasonal Property Transitions: Execute annual scalping and winter ryegrass overseeding, spring transition, and seasonal floral bed installations.
Mobile Software Workflow (Aspire): Use company mobile devices to manage daily work orders, clock crew hours, take site photos, and flag property enhancement opportunities directly in Aspire.
Key Requirements
Commercial Experience: Minimum 2+ years leading a landscape maintenance crew on commercial retail properties in the Phoenix metro area.
Driverโ€™s License: Valid Arizona Driverโ€™s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) capable of pulling 20'+ enclosed/utility trailers.
Communication: Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred. Ability to interact professionally with property managers and security personnel if approached on site.
Physical Stamina: Able to work long hours outdoors in Phoenix extreme heat (100ยฐF+) and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
