Position Summary Manages the product management team, providing high‐level direction and guidance to achieve strategic objectives. Responsibilities Assesses market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Assists in the management of product portfolios, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure successful product delivery. Coaches and mentors product management professionals, fostering their growth and development in product planning, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management. Conducts complex market research and competitive analysis to gather customer insights and optimize market positioning. Confers with cross‐functional teams—engineering, design, marketing—to align product development efforts and ensure successful product launches. Defines product requirements, features, and specifications, collaborating with stakeholders to create compelling and differentiated product offerings. Delivers high‐quality products on time and within budget, overseeing the end‐to‐end product development process and driving execution excellence. Designs systems and processes to streamline product management operations, enabling efficient collaboration, data‐driven decision‐making, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 5‐7 years work experience as a Product Manager. Adept at problem solving and decision making. Adept at collaboration and teamwork. Adept at a growth mindset—agility and developing yourself and others. Adept at execution and delivery—planning, delivering, and supporting. Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred. Healthcare industry working experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to learn quickly. Experience in planning, delivering, and supporting complex products. Education Bachelor's degree preferred, or specialized training/relevant professional qualification. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $92,700.00 – $185,400.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
