This roleleadsamulti-shift team, manages equipment throughputand drivescontinuous improvement initiatives through 5S and Leanmanufacturingprinciples.Duties:OperationalLeadership:Direct and coordinate the daily activities of theCupPackOut department to meet production schedules and customerdemand.Quality&FoodSafety:Ensure100% compliancewithFSQstandards, labeling requirements, and SQF/HACCP regulations.Always maintain audit-ready status.PerformanceOptimization:Monitor Key PerformanceIndicators(KPIs)suchasOEE, scrap rates, material waste,and labor variance.Implement strategies tominimizedowntime.SafetyManagement:Foster a"Safety First" culture.
