Cincinnati Region | Flexible Schedule | Commission Based | High Income Potential


Established regional plumbing company building a dedicated backflow testing program.


We are seeking an experienced Ohio Certified Backflow Tester to support our plumbing service operations across the Cincinnati region including Mason, Cleves, and Dayton.


This position focuses on testing, repairing, and replacing backflow prevention devices for residential and commercial customers. The role offers schedule flexibility and strong income potential based on production.


This position may begin as part-time or flexible schedule, with the opportunity to grow as demand increases.


This opportunity is ideal for an experienced tester who wants to focus on performing the work while our team handles scheduling, customer relationships, and administrative support.

Requirements

 Responsibilities


  • Perform certified testing of backflow prevention assemblies
  • Diagnose and repair backflow devices
  • Replace backflow assemblies when necessary
  • Complete required testing documentation and municipal reports
  • Work with office staff and service teams to coordinate scheduling
  •  Educate customers on compliance requirements and recommended solutions

Qualifications


  • Ohio Certified Backflow Tester (Required)
  •  Minimum 5 years experience testing backflow prevention assemblies
  •  Experience repairing and replacing backflow devices preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a testing route
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
