MRM is seeking a Senior Project Manager. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, who strives to grow professionally in the field of Project Management. Our ideal candidate will support a collaborative working environment to build effective working relationships with clients, external partners and within the agency. This role requires the candidate to have a strong ability to work independently while identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems. Our ideal candidate will possess good decision-making skills and communicate confidently with managers and team members across all areas of the agency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Email and OLA projects with cross-functional teams including: Account, Creative, Technology, QA, User Experience/Information Architecture, Production, and Performance & Analytics
- Responsible for project managing multiple large-scale launches/programs simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Lead effective meetings with senior personnel and team members, providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.
- Develop/manage project scope documents, related schedules/project plans, project resource requirements and staffing assignments.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members, agency partners and vendors.
- Develop, coach and mentor other team members; including Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
- Liaison between agency partners and production teams leveraging strong written and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to shift approach between the big picture and critical details; then possess strong judgement to know when to focus on each.
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated with agency teams and individuals.
- Problem/solution thinker with an ability to collaborate, persuade and negotiate toward solutions.
- Displays resiliency while working under pressure, in a dynamic environment, with shifting deadlines and deliverables.

- Excellent project management skills and experience including:
- Schedule development, management, monitoring and oversight

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience desired.
- 5-8 years total project management experience in one or more of the following fields: operations, digital technology or web development firm.
- 3-5 years of PM experience spent working with digital campaigns including: site launches, digital experiences, and email and OLA projects.
- Experience in an agency environment, or equivalent client-side experience.
- Advanced skills in MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced skills in MS Project or other project plan software (i.e. Smartsheet).
- Strong capability with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of content management systems (i.e. CMS).
- PMP or other operational/organizational certification (ITIL, Sig Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
