Client Development Executive Altera Digital Health – US Remote Overview

Altera Digital Health is seeking an experienced and driven Net-New Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Ventus team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition within the US healthcare provider market. Your primary focus will be selling our innovative Ventus Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions to large, acute-care health systems, particularly those utilizing Cerner/Oracle Health, Epic, and Meditech environments. This position requires a proven professional skilled in new business development, capable of establishing and nurturing executive relationships, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing complex SaaS opportunities with health systems exceeding $1 billion in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate net-new bookings by identifying and closing opportunities within target health systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key executive stakeholders, including CFOs, CIOs, and VPs of Revenue Cycle, HIM, and Patient Financial Services.
  • Drive the adoption of Ventus solutions, including Ventus Intelligent Coding (VIC), Ventus Contract Management (VCM), and Ventus Contract Analysis (VCA).
  • Strategically expand Altera's footprint within the Oracle Health (Cerner) installed base.
  • Build and manage a long-term pipeline for Altera's ARC RCM modernization opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 5-15 years of enterprise technology sales experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven success as a quota‑carrying individual contributor in a healthcare SaaS sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience acquiring net‑new logos and selling complex solutions into hospitals, regional health systems, IDNs, or Academic Medical Centers.
  • A consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Direct experience selling Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Coding, Revenue Integrity, Contract Management, or Claims Management solutions is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Oracle Health / Cerner, Epic, or Meditech EHR markets is a significant advantage.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Working Arrangements

This is a remote position based in the United States. Work is performed during a standard work week, with flexibility as defined by assignment requirements. This role may require work during non‑standard hours to meet business and client needs, particularly during peak times such as the end of a quarter or year.

Travel

Up to 20% travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
