Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Cerner Delivery Management.
  • Experience in running AMS support for large healthcare organizations.
  • Strong understanding of SLA & KPI based delivery.
  • ITIL SRUM based Operations and project delivery experience.
  • Experience in core functional domains such as Registration / ADT, Charge Services / Patient Accounting, Clinical modules (FirstNet, CareAware, Nursing), Ancillaries (PathNet, RadNet, Pharmacy), and Core Security.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage AMS Operations & ITIL processes.
  • Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, and Request management (ITIL v3/v4).
  • Handle P1/P2 management and RCA ownership.
  • Track and report SLA/SLO metrics.
  • Implement knowledge deflection and incident trend reduction strategies.
  • Provide on-call / after hours coverage.
  • Lead program management initiatives in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI for healthcare.
  • Introduce programming languages like Python/R.
  • Ensure security, access, and compliance awareness.
  • Facilitate client governance and communication.
  • Manage vendor and multi-partner relationships.
