Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Telemetry unit position requiring 2 years of experience and Cerner proficiency, working day shifts with every other weekend coverage.

Details
  • Hospital telemetry unit setting
  • Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (0700–1930)
  • Every other weekend required
  • Floating required within scope to other departments, including Post-Surgical, Ortho/Trauma, Oncology, Medical/Med-Surg, Cardiac, Stroke/Heart Failure, and ER Boarding
  • Charting system: Cerner PowerChart (experience required)
  • 13-week contract
Requirements
  • Active Indiana or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted if active by start date
  • Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
  • Minimum 2 years of telemetry RN experience required
  • Cerner PowerChart experience required
  • Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Royal blue and white scrubs required
  • No parking cost at facility
  • All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
  • 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
