Description

This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining financial and operational systems within a large, multi-entity healthcare organization. The individual will handle ongoing system administration, ensure applications are functioning properly, and serve as a primary contact for end users needing assistance with system-related issues.

Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting system problems, providing user support and training, and ensuring consistent performance across platforms. The position also plays a key role in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance how teams utilize technology to drive efficiency.

In addition, the analyst is involved in system testing, upgrades, and implementations. This includes validating patches and enhancements, coordinating with third-party vendors to resolve issues, and contributing to system migrations or optimization initiatives. The role also requires maintaining documentation and ensuring systems remain compliant with vendor requirements and best practices.

Key Requirements

Candidates should have experience supporting business or financial systems, including working with common enterprise applications and end-user tools. Experience in health information management, relevant certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders are essential
