PCG Consulting International partners with healthcare organizations to solve complex operational, technology, and business challenges that improve financial performance and patient care.


PCG Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Consultant to support a large-scale hospital revenue recovery and operational stabilization initiative. This consultant will provide operational expertise across the hospital revenue cycle, helping identify process breakdowns, improve billing workflows, and support claim recovery efforts. Working alongside hospital leadership, Patient Financial Services, Health Information Management (HIM), Revenue Integrity, and technical teams, the Revenue Cycle SME will assess current workflows, validate financial processes, and recommend improvements that accelerate reimbursement and strengthen long-term operational performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate end-to-end hospital revenue cycle operations.
  • Analyze charge capture, billing, and reimbursement workflows.
  • Review denial trends and identify opportunities for revenue recovery.
  • Assess patient accounting processes and financial controls.
  • Validate reimbursement workflows and claims processing activities.
  • Support claim reconstruction and revenue recovery initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Integrity, HIM, Patient Financial Services, and Finance teams.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance billing accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Document findings and present recommendations to project leadership.

Engagement Details
