Job description

ELIGIBLE FOR CMH EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS: NON PRIORITY RECRUITMENT
The business systems' analyst is primarily responsible for coordinating data from a variety of sources to develop reports needed by various internal and external customers. This position is also responsible for supporting the senior analysts by maintaining and updating various systems which include but are not limited to contract management system, phone reporting platforms, patient satisfaction platforms and other systems as needed.
Job Requirements
Knowledge of/Skill/Ability to:
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Possess strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written). Ability to manage multiple tasks, set ongoing priorities, facilitate problem resolution, and possess strong analytical skills. Computer knowledge and advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Must maintain strict confidentiality. Must be able to attend early morning and evening meeting as needed. Must display thoroughness and attention to detail. Professional demeanor with the ability to develop good rapport with internal and external customers including being comfortable working with members of the executive team.
License/Certification
Business Analysis Certification preferred
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science or similar preferred. A combination of similar education, certifications, or healthcare work experience with Cerner EMR would be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADA Compliance
Position involves standing, walking, stooping, and occasional carrying and lifting of lightweight materials (up to 20 pounds). May be required to sit for extended periods of time. Requires visual acuity and depth perception to recognize words and numbers; and hand and finger dexterity and hand/eye coordination to use a computer keyboard and common office equipment.
