Go-to-Market and Enablement

  • Partner with Product Marketing to position Nextiva's healthcare solutions and create technical content such as whitepapers, demos, and integration guides
  • Enable Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams through training, launch briefings, and product documentation
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to inform future product strategy
  • Serve as a thought leader in healthcare communication technology, representing Nextiva at industry events, webinars, and customer advisory boards

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cloud, or communications platforms, with at least 3+ years in healthcare technology
  • Proven success shipping SaaS products or integrations serving healthcare customers (e.g., EHR, CRM, or patient engagement platforms)
  • Strong technical background - familiar with API design, integration patterns, authentication, and data security
  • Hands-on experience with EHR APIs and data standards (FHIR, HL7, Epic App Orchard, SMART on FHIR)
