Provide visionary leadership and drive meaningful impact as the Chief Executive Officer at New Hope.
  • The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide operational leadership and strategic direction of New Hope, overseeing all organizational operations while advancing the mission, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring exceptional services for individuals with disabilities.
  • Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will have responsibility of a team of five direct reports.
  • The CEO will be tasked with providing organizational stability, fostering a mission-driven culture, reinforcing best practices, and guiding the organization through meaningful operational change.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading organizational transformation, building strong relationships across the organization and community through integrity, humility, collaboration, and transparent communication.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required: Master's degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level leadership.
  • Experience within an organization serving those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) is strongly preferred.
