What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, providing excellent customer service and accurate information about clinic services.
  • Schedule medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments by assessing service type, provider, urgency, and appointment details.
  • Collect and verify patient demographic, identity, insurance, and other required information; provide instructions such as fasting or documentation needs.
  • Manage scheduling tasks, including referrals, rescheduling due to provider changes, and outreach to patients from reports or staff requests.
  • Maintain a professional and organized workstation while supporting additional duties as assigned.
