Examples of areas of expertise we are interested in (but not limited to) are the following:

  • Data Center Development & Site Acquisition: Expertise in identifying and acquiring sites for large-scale data centers, including market research, land acquisition, zoning compliance, and feasibility studies. Sourcing reliable and sustainable power solutions, including identifying local utilities, negotiating power agreements, and assessing energy infrastructure. A deep understanding of regulatory and environmental considerations is key.
  • Data Center Design and Construction: Expertise in the planning, design, and construction of data centers, with a focus on mission-critical infrastructure. Experience in supply chain management, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and optimizing vendor relationships. Expertise in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes, ensuring seamless coordination between design, construction, and operational phases.
  • Strategic Finance & Investment (Private Equity, Investment Banking): Experience in financial modeling, valuation, and risk analysis specific to data centers, energy infrastructure, or technology investments. Familiarity with capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and investment strategies related to large-scale data center projects and energy infrastructure.
  • Energy & Sustainability: Expertise in integrating sustainable and energy-efficient solutions within data center operations. This includes optimizing power usage, implementing renewable energy sources, and driving initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of data center operations.
  • Project Management & Operations: Leadership in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing large-scale data center projects from conception to completion. Experience in managing budgets, timelines, stakeholder relationships, and ensuring projects meet both technical and regulatory standards.
