A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Field Service RN Care Manager in the Laredo, TX area. The Senior LTSS Service Care Manager will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation: • The pay for this position is $49.00 per hour - weekly • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with potential overtime and Saturdays • Remote/field-based role – must reside in Laredo, TX • Travel required for in-home member visits Responsibilities: • Identify needs of new members and ensure continuity of care from prior MCOs • Prepare for member visits by reviewing EMR data including diagnoses, medications, and authorizations • Conduct in-person visits including initial assessments, change in condition visits, MDCP, and Level 3 reassessments • Travel to member homes (visits lasting 2–4 hours, up to 2 hours one way travel) • Submit assessments within 24 hours of completion • Initiate service requests within 3 business days • Complete all required documentation within 5 business days • Transition members to appropriate care managers within 15 business days • Complete required Centene University trainings on time • Manage and complete assigned tasks within defined turnaround times • Collaborate with team members to support a member-focused, high-accountability environment Requirements: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (ASN, BSN, or MSN) • 3+ years of nursing experience • 2+ years of case management experience • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to prioritize and maintain accountability in a fast-paced environment • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel to member homes • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications: • Pediatric experience • Experience working with LTSS or managed care populations Education: • Required: Registered Nurse (ASN, BSN, or MSN) If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to Jenise Nottage jnottage@alinestaffing.com .
