Your Mission

As a Retail Sales Representative in Window Rock, AZ, youโ€™ll power Cellular Oneโ€™s growth by connecting customers to the right wireless products and servicesโ€”fast, accurate, and with standout care. This role exists to hit sales goals while building loyalty through every interaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed monthly sales and net subscriber targets
- Greet customers, uncover needs, present solutions, close, and follow up
- Resolve questions and complaints to boost satisfaction and retention
- Complete walk-out working for handsets/SIMs and process contracts accurately
- Maintain product knowledge across devices, accessories, plans, and services
- Support store standards (merchandise checks, cleanliness), inventory, and cash balancing
Required skills:
- Strong sales and customer service skills; confident issue handling
- Time management, sound decision-making, clear written/verbal communication
- Basic MS Office and MS Outlook
