Travel Certified Surgical Technologist (CVOR) – Reston, VA

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CVOR) for a 13-week travel assignment in Reston, Virginia. Join a collaborative cardiovascular operating room team and play a key role in delivering exceptional surgical care.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate specialized equipment, including Belmont and Cell Saver systems.
  • Perform room setup and turnover efficiently.
  • Obtain instruments and disposable supplies as needed.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR Surgical Technologist experience.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required.
  • CNOR certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sterile technique.
  • Experience with central line setup, arterial line setup, Belmont setup and operation, and Cell Saver setup.
  • Experience assisting with open heart, CABG, valve replacement, VATS, and vascular procedures.
