Job description

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3200
$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
RN - CVOR
Job Details:
• Work 8-hour various day shifts Monday through Friday
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• 13-week contract length
• On-call requirements: 1 overnight call and 1 backup call shift per week, 2-3 weekends, and 1 holiday
• 30-minute response time to OR required (vehicle required)
• Every 3rd-4th weekend and holiday rotation
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Minimum 3+ years OR experience with anesthesia experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS, Wisconsin RN License or compact RN
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with Cell Saver and Belmont equipment required
• Assigned to 4-5 rooms per day in 21 OR facility covering all specialties
• Assist with intubations, fiber optic scopes, sterile techniques with central lines
• Assist anesthesiologist with arterial lines, central lines, lumbar drains, Swan Ganz catheters
• Perform IV starts, draw labs, set up medication pumps, run Belmont, Cell Saver, and Level I
• Support anesthesia during heart surgeries, traumas, elective surgeries, and general surgeries
• Prior experience with conscious sedation preferred
• 2-week orientation process with additional anesthesia skills training
• Scrub colors provided
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times
