The following criteria must be met in two attempts: Adult Exam: 100% identification of lethal rhythms: Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole No incorrect answers on questions regarding 3 rd degree heart blocks [1 incorrect answer will cause failure] Passing score of 80% or higher Pediatric Exam Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole, and sinus bradycardia Passing score of 80% or higher Attempts: Traveler will have two attempts to pass. If the traveler fails the second attempt they will submit a certificate of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course to Vaya before a third attempt will be assigned. If the traveler does not pass after three attempts the assignment will be cancelled.
