Contract Psychologist / Neuropsychologist – Pediatric Evaluations
Children’s Neuropsychological Services PLLC is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide child and adolescent psychological and neuropsychological evaluations on a contractor basis.
Position Overview
This role involves conducting psychological, neuropsychological, and reading evaluations for pediatric patients. Autism evaluations may also be included, depending on the clinician’s experience and interests. Evaluations are provided through CDPHP.
Qualifications
  • New York State licensed psychologist required
  • Provisionally licensed psychologists will be considered if they are largely independent
  • Two years of experience evaluating children and adolescents for neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions
  • Experience with autism evaluations is welcome
  • CDPHP credentialing for neuropsychological testing preferred (in progress may be considered)
Patient Population
  • Ages approximately 5 years through college age
  • Open to clinicians who prefer a more limited age range
Schedule and Volume
  • Minimum of approximately four evaluations per month
  • Opportunity for higher volume depending on availability and interest
  • Flexible scheduling
Location
  • Evaluations may be conducted at our office or at the clinician’s own office, provided appropriate space and testing materials are available
Support
  • Psychometrician support is available if desired, with costs incorporated into the negotiated contractor rate
  • Administrative and billing support provided
  • Limited supervision available as needed
Compensation
  • Compensation: Part time 1099 independent contractor position. Clinicians receive 60% of collected fees. Administrative support, scheduling, and billing are provided.
