Founded in 1992, Revitalize Community Development Corporation (Revitalize CDC) improves the health and wellbeing of community members by addressing poor housing conditions, supporting healthy homes initiatives, and connecting residents to critical resources.
Through our programs, we provide free home repairs and rehabilitation services for low-income families, older adults, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. We also help bridge food insecurity gaps through fresh food delivery for chronic health conditions.
Position Overview
Revitalize CDC is seeking a dependable, organized, and community-oriented Nutrition Delivery Driver to support our Nutrition Rx Program. This position is responsible for sorting, loading, and delivering healthy grocery boxes to low-income clients participating in HRSN MassHealth Programs throughout Western and Central Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate works well independently in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication and organizational skills, and is committed to providing respectful, reliable service to community members.
This is a part-time position reporting to the Senior Manager of Nutrition Programs. The role is based out of our warehouse at 240 Cadwell Drive, Springfield, MA, and includes regular travel throughout Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, Berkshire, and Worcester counties.
Company vehicles are provided for deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort, organize, and deliver grocery boxes in an efficient and timely manner while following food safety standards.
  • Assist with unloading trucks and organizing deliveries from food suppliers.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful communication with clients, staff, and community partners.
  • Assist other Revitalize CDC programs and staff as needed.
  • Complete additional duties assigned by program leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving throughout Western and Central Massachusetts.
  • Ability to lift and carry 5060 lbs and climb stairs without assistance.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sensitivity to cultural diversity and the needs of low-income households.
  • Ability to represent Revitalize CDC professionally within the community.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Western and Central Massachusetts communities.

Typical hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 7:30 AM2:00 PM, though schedules may vary based on program needs.
