Join our team as a Cyber/Network Defense professional, leading analysts to safeguard critical systems. This role blends hands-on Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) with team leadership to protect our nation.
What You'll Experience:
Lead a team managing network defense, incident response, and compliance for enterprise systems.
Oversee and enhance core security tasks like SIEM monitoring, access management, and risk compliance.
Develop and implement team improvements, driving automation and modernization.
Mentor and guide a high-performing team of Cyber Defense Analysts.
Collaborate with leadership and government officials to achieve critical mission goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
Cyber Defense experience and leadership in IT service and operations.
Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
Help Desk expertise with a focus on customer service and efficiency.
IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, GSEC, or SSCP).

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree + minimum 6 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent relevant experience + minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire with the ability to obtain a Polygraph within a reasonable amount of time. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
