Job description

Overview

Responsible for providing student records and administrative support for the Registrar. In assisting the Registrar, the Registrar Clerk will interact with staff, students, and external parties regarding student records content. The Registrar Clerk will be responsible for adhering to campus Academic compliance to include procedures, records, and process integrity. All Concorde associates are required to display professionalism and uphold Concorde's Mission and the core values of respect for the individual, integrity, teamwork, customer service, and achievement.

Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00

Location: Memphis, TN

Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintenance of student files/records
    • Scan required documents into DocuWare
    • While working with student records, ensure security of the physical and/or electronic record
    • Enter data regarding various student records as assigned by the Registrar; i.e., scheduling, attendance, grades, COS', etc.
    • Prepare documents as assigned
  • Assist in the reconciling of Exceptions
  • Assist with investigating and resolving records in current Student Management System
  • Ensure that documentation for policy exceptions is maintained
  • Ensure that documentation for policy adherence is maintained
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Education / Experience 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Student Management Systems experience a plus, i.e., CampusNexus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent customer service skills

    • Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks
    • Safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations

Work Environment 

  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.

    • Onsite; Work environments may include exposure to student learning environments with a variety of conditions. Employees must be able to follow all safety precautions including the use of personal-protective equipment. Employees must also be able to adhere to site-specific safety procedures.
