Join the McCarton Foundation and help transform lives! We're seeking enthusiastic Speech Clinical Fellows to join our team, whether you're just starting your career or looking to further your professional journey. Work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do
  • Direct Care: Provide hands-on treatment to children with autism aged 2-3 under the guidance of a Clinical Fellow Supervisor.
  • Collaborate: Work with a dynamic interdisciplinary team.
  • Document Sessions: Accurately record treatment sessions, progress notes, and evaluations.
  • Grow: Enhance your skills in a dynamic setting, with opportunities for professional development and mentorship.
  • Get Licensed: Complete NYS regulation and ASHA requirements of supervised experience

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Passion for working with young children
  • Adaptable and eager to learn
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
  • Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, full-time, 12-month position.
